Happenings/Events
Hello everyone.
Under much backing up from the furs of yester year,
we come this year to bring you more events. There
has been some debate asto what events you all would
enjoy and like, and as such we have come up with a few:
Art auction
This year, we have scheduled an art auction. All the art on the
auction is going to be portrayed all throughout the convention,
during the entire con. Everyone can then place their bids in a
book, conveiniently located at the centre of the auction room.
At the end of the convention on sunday, we will hold a little
show, to give the winning fur's their prices. Everyone can get
their art into the auction, but ofcause there is not room for
everyones art.
Bonfire/storytellers
This year, we are going to have a massive bonfire, down at the big bonplace! There will be room for everyone
and we will move the bar and everything related to partying down to the big bonfire. The area is situated, so it is a perfect place for storytellers and movie showings, so this will be one of the main events. We will serve food, and we will have everything that will be needed to play, along with lighted pathway between the main con site and the bonfire place, since it is in the middle of the deep dark woods. Light will be made by the big bonfire, and ofcause there will be musquito repellent flames and the like, to keep the smaller critters away from our happy little gathering.
BBQ night
Following last years great success, we will have our awesome BBQ night! There will ofcause be a re-occurence of the bacon wrapped sausage ship, and other delicious meaty goodness, along with some green goodness, to make sure that we will have bellies full of generall fullness and goodness. Just like last year, this will be followed by the bar opening, and a general wealth of alcohol, will be available for drinking.
We are sure that there are other suggestions, and we will love to hear them on the forum.
